We rented a unit long term for ski season. Stayed for 3 months. Staff was outstanding and incredibly friendly. Room was squeaky clean when we checked in. I will admit, hockey weekends are absolutely brutal and I truly feel bad for the staff. Wrangling 100+ kids and ignorantly drunk parents every weekend has got to be tough. Overall aside from the hockey weekends, it was an amazing experience. Very warm and cozy atmosphere in the building. We will be back next season, and hopefully many more.

This was a spacious, clean, albeit slightly dated accommodation. Everything worked very well, and having restaurants within walking distance was a real benefit.

The staff had a difficult time with enforcing quiet hours. Many parents in lobby areas drinking and being very loud, making it uncomfortable for myself and family to enjoy. It felt like we were walking through a night club. Kids running through the building screaming and knocking on doors, with no adult in sight. We heard staff multiple times ask them to stop running and find their parents. Found out this was a hockey tournament weekend. We will be sure to ask before we come back. The families were very disruptive and had no consideration for the fact that other people were staying there. I honestly feel bad for staff as they did try to make it comfortable for all families. Our room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Although the pool was broken we were still able to enjoy the athletic club. We will be back, after hockey season.

My husband and our 2 small children just finished our stay here. We had the best time!! I can’t say enough good things about the lodge. Dawn at the front desk is by far the most helpful and accommodating lodge staff member I have ever encountered. She gave wonderful local recommendations of things to do, made sure we always had everything we needed in the room and was just genuinely a very kind person. The pool was warm and clean. The room was comfortable with a good lay out for families. The location was walkable to tubing, an ice rink, stores, restaurants and an arcade/bowling place. Ski area was 6 mins away in a car (though they do have a shuttle stop right in front of the lodge) and we took a trip to the ice castles which were 25 mins away. Would definitely stay again!

1/24/24 Stayed here for the FIS bumps comp. Nice place. I wish i had done research on the rooms because i didn't realize my room (and probably all rooms) have full kitchens. I would have brought food from home. Maybe you are reading this and going to bring food?! I certainly recommend that & you can always bring it back if you don't use it all. Bring coffee/kcups. My room had room for 4 people in beds. Plenty of space and good TVs w/satellite. The hot tub was nice and looked like it would fit 6-8 people. I was the only one, both times i went. I would certainly stay here again.

We were in Waterville Valley for a hockey tournament, and we were so pleasantly surprised with our room (#325). At the time of booking, we didn’t realize condos were privately owned, and we lucked out! The room was so cozy; the perfect spot to relax between/after hockey games.
